The Q4 Medical price match guarantee is applicable either at the time of ordering or within seven days of receiving the purchase order, and it is limited to matching the price of one identical item.

Q4 Medical is willing to match prices advertised in our competitors' media and catalogues.

Q4 Medical will only match the prices of online competitors based in Australia.

Q4 Medical will calculate and include competitor shipping charges in the cost of online prices.

Competitors offering "buy one get one free" promotions, gift with purchase offers, out-of-stock or limited quantity items, clearance, damaged products, used, refurbished, open carton, or liquidation stock will NOT have their prices matched by Q4 Medical.
